AOL's new boss doesn't get mail

The word on the superhighway is that the brand new CEO of AOL, Randy Falco, doesn't really "like" email as a form of communication. He doesn't have an aol email address yet...

I have been looking for a way to complain to AOL about all this and can't find a corporate e-mail or complaint e-mail... AOL could win this game but it seems like it doesn't know how to proceed...
