Google Plans for $1 Billion Investment in India
Some times before, Google has announced aplan to set up a research and development Center in China. Now, it has decided to invest up to $1 billion on the office in Andhra Pradesh, India. The government of India has approved the investment for the center.
The proposed center will likely be spread over a million square feet and called as ‘special economic zone’.
The government has also approved the investments planning to make by Dell’s and Accenture’s as well.
Google is running a development center in Bangalore presently. Almost six technology companies have already announced their planning to invest more than a billion dollars in India.
