MySpace founder Brad Greenspan acquired majority stake in video search Web site Flurl.com, the company said Thursday. The investment amount was not disclosed.
Greenspan made the investment through LiveUniverse, a company he formed to focus on video, entertainment and social networking sites.
The move will allow LiveUniverse to begin discussions with financial institutions and content partners focused in the online video space, the company said.

Brad Greenspan, one of the original founders of the MySpace universe, published a report that claims that News Corp.'s 2005 acquisition of MySpace may have defrauded shareholders by "more than $20 billion."
